Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the diamond painting kit, including all drills, tools, and the canvas, is placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
